As many of Zow Management LLC supporters know, one of my first major job's was with the Wanda and Janice Wilson Foundation as the Marketing Director. This organization holds a special place in my heart because of the meaning behind the legacy of the two women, who were trendsetters that supported education for all. Every so often, I am asked to create and design something new for the foundation. It's always easier when someone understands the purpose and the vision of the organization when completing a task. Branding is key and without being able to differentiate yourself from others it's impossible to succeed.
Below are the items created this time around. I wanted the design to be clean and representative of the foundation with the classic purple hues. Congrats again to the Foundation and the CEO Rufus L. Wilson in continuing the legacy of his wife and mother, in making education a reality those who once thought it was just a dream. To donate and learn more about the cause please visit their website at thejaniceandwandafoundation.com and join them in the celebration of the naming ceremony on October 13, 2017. Temple of God Church, located in my second home of DeLand, Florida, was in need of a reboot to service and share the ministry of Christ to a rapidly changing community.
Zow Management LLC is always searching for new creative projects to undertake, so when their coordinator called us we were thrilled. Together we pulled out the drawing board and the ideas came like popcorn! This project called for a little of everything from creating a letterhead to designing, writing, and strategic planning for their Family and Friends Day and Church/Pastor Anniversary. For the two events, the project included event planning, announcement letters to local churches, programs, social media advertisement, flyers, marketing, and a booklet. Temple of God Church’s Family and Friends Day is on August 27, 2017, followed by the Pastor/Church Anniversary on October 17th. The program booklet is still in progress, and the church is selling advertisements, for more information please leave a comment below or email. This is a great opportunity to promote an organization, business, or cause to a new demographic and audience. Please browse a few of the sample finished products below! Zow Management LLC and myself as the Creative Director are in love with the aesthetics of glamour and all things girly. This past weekend I had the opportunity to take photographs for one biggest birthday milestones in a person’s life: their sixteenth. In the American culture its commonly referred to as a Sweet Sixteen or a practically a coming of age from child to young adult. This glamorous birthday was very sweet for it blended both the American and Hispanic Culture. From the gorgeous golden dress with intense ruffles to the hints of glitter in the decorations or the classic color scheme, the party was carefully crafted.
The girl of the day, Geovanna Rios, an amazing high school basketball player showed another side of herself by being a practical princess. However, don’t let the face fool you because she’s a monster on the court. The best athletes are always multidimensional and Rios is one of them. Below are some of the highlights of the amazing night. While snapping each shot, I wanted to be 16 all over again. The clients were very pleased on how the photograph turned out and this is one of my favorite photoshoots so far.
